    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It sounds like the printer is not detecting the ink level correctly and wont move the cartridge over.&amp;nbsp;I recommend performing a reset of the printer. While the printer is on, unplug the power cord from the printer. While the power is off, press the power button 5 times. After 60 seconds plug the power cord back in and power on the printer. If that does not resolve the issue, the printer would need to be replaced.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;If the printer is in warranty, please contact Canon at 1-800-OK-CANON (1-800-652-2666), Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM EST.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the printer is out of warranty,&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;you qualify for the Canon Upgrade program.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This is for out of warranty units which have been diagnosed to require service or are incompatible with a new or upgraded system.&amp;nbsp;This&amp;nbsp;program allows you&amp;nbsp;the opportunity to purchase a replacement product discounted from the list price.       <title>Canon MB 2720 Maxify Printer</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;When I open the front cover to change an empty ink cartridge the carriage that holds the ink cartridges does not move into position the allow changing.&amp;nbsp; The Cyan cartridge is empty and instead of an X above it there is a ?.&amp;nbsp; Does anyone know what I can do to solve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
