Cleaning Printer Roller Laser MF832-34

How do I clean the printer roller or could OPC, or blade to clean unused toner off roller. I am getting streaks and uneven printing. I opened my MF632 Laser printer to see that there is ink toner residue on the roller which I wiped off with a paper towel. Can I run a cleaning programing? I have tried unsuccessfully to clean assemble and other functions on the printer with the only one working ITB cleaning. Please help.

If you are getting streaks in your prints, you can try repeated cleaning of the ITB. If that does not resolve your issue, it will usually mean the printer needs service. You can also try removing the toner cartridges using the steps in the link HERE to see if there is any additional loose toner power in the printer or if one of the cartridges are leaking. If those options do not resolve the issue, the printer would need service. You can check your service options using the link HERE to access your MyCanon account.
