Canon ImageClass MF8580Cdw-Copy Function not working

Hello, Canon,

We have an Canon ImageClass MF8580Cdw, When document in placed on adf or on flat bed and if copy function is selected, nothing works. the LED on start buttons (B/W & Color) does not glow nor it functions. Kindly provide the solution
