Hello Geniuses,

I have a Lbp6230dw printer. I have a privacy concern with it.

When i go to the Remote UI and look at the Job logs, it shows my computer name and the names of the document printed.

Is there anyway i can delete/clear this Job log. Also is there any way i can disable creating a record everytime i print!

(Just to try I saw this link: Hiding the Print Job History - Canon - imageCLASS LBP352dn / LBP351dn - User's Guide (manual.canon) ; but this kindof setting is not present on my lbp6230dw printer).

Please help..

Thanks.

Hello Mike007,

Unfortunately, the printer does not have an option to delete the jobs in the log. The list of jobs that were printed can only be viewed if you have the username and password used for the remote UI.
