Picture printing or image printing Color Image Class mf644cdw Laser Jet

When I try to print a picture or an image, some of it is off to the side almost blurred. In a picture if our cat, its eye color is over to the right. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Lemm,

The image looks like there is a paper feed issue or the color toner is not being applied to the paper in the correct location. In this situation, I would suggest performing a color mismatch print correction from the menu using the steps in the link HERE. If performing the correction does not resolve the issue, I would suggest removing the toner and checking for any obstructions. If it is clear, you can reload the toner and paper and try another print.

Thanks Hector! After trying everything without a solution, I pulled out the toner tray and reset all of the toner cartridges and that did the trick. Thanks for your response, it was much appreciated.
