    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello RCM87,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like there is something wrong with the hardware or there is some toner that has leaked inside the printer. You can try removing the toner cartridges and then inspecting the printer for any loose toner powder. If you see any, you can clear it out with a damp cloth. Once that is done, you can try cleaning the ITB and fixing assembly again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If that doe snot resolve the issue, it would mean there is something wrong with the hardware.       <description>&lt;P&gt;I have done just about all the maintenance I can do from the menu.&amp;nbsp; Clean the Fixing Assembly (Both of them), Clean ITB, Clean feeder, and we still have the same issue.&amp;nbsp; There is a photo of the front of a page on the left and the back of a page on the right.&amp;nbsp; I am using authentic Canon Toner Cartridges.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;span class="lia-inline-image-display-wrapper lia-image-align-inline" image-alt="thumbnail.jpg" style="width: 749px;"&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/32388iB1A0B607028B2143/image-size/large?v=v2&amp;amp;px=999" role="button" title="thumbnail.jpg" alt="thumbnail.jpg" /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
