You can try removing the toner cartridges and then inspecting the printer for any loose toner powder. If you see any, you can clear it out with a damp cloth. Once that is done, you can try cleaning the ITB and fixing assembly again.</P><P>If that doe snot resolve the issue, it would mean there is something wrong with the hardware.
