      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I have a Canon 118 MF8300 imageClass printer. As for the past 2 weeks I cannot connect my computer to the scanner. I have been able to print without any problems but cannot scan to my computer at all. My bosses computer is connected without any issues. I tried to unstill and install the printer but it says that Scan Gear is open and will not allow me to install the scanner option.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use Windows 8 for HP PC.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
