      <title>530/560 Won't power on Win 8.1</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Happy New Year.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was using the printer for a couple of months on an XP PC. It was powered from a surge protector.&amp;nbsp; It's PC crashed so I disconnected the printer. Today, about 2 weeks later, I tried to connect it to another PC. I loaded the setup&amp;nbsp; disk and it seemed to load ok. I connected the USB and nothing happened.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
