    <description>My Dell laptop with windows 8.1 on wifi connection cannot find this printer and it doesnot show in the [Devices and Printers] window of the Windows 8 operating system.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I also tried using the installing it manually and by downloading the new drivers from your site. Do you have installation or any other tips you can send me&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;windows 8.1 cannot connect with cannon 6030W. I can connect with win 7.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unable to connect &amp;nbsp;after reading the manual andf following the instruction.&amp;nbsp;Already spend 5 hours. Is there a problem with windows 8.1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Unable to find my wireless printer even when try to install manually with IP address. Installed the print driver both from CD and cannon website .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also if can it works from Mac the new OS &amp;nbsp;and Ipad or iphone 4&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I was able to connect with windows 7.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
