    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Rodswartz,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are having problems with jams in the ADF, you can try opening the ADF using the steps in the link &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART164311" target="_self"&gt;HERE.&lt;/A&gt; That would be as far as you can open the ADF. If you do not see any obstructions that you can remove or if wiping any visible rollers with&amp;nbsp; a damp cloth does not resolve the issue, it would mean the printer needs service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can use the link &lt;A href="https://support.usa.canon.com/kb/index?page=content&amp;amp;id=ART164311" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt; to log into your My Canon account and check your service options.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I run a network attached Canon MF726cdw in my home-office and don't do a lot of 2-sided scanning but a few months ago the unit would jam while trying to pull the second side of the paper through.&amp;nbsp; On the pull-back, it seems to cause the paper to pull in faster on one side than the other causing it to jam.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can someone tell me how to get into the roller assembly to possibly clean the rollers? Or any other ideas? TIA&lt;/P&gt;</description>
