      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a Dell 5000 Inspiron running Windows 10 Pro and the printer doesn't print at all. This is despite the fact that the Windows 10 drivers are installed.&lt;BR /&gt;Does anyone have an idea of how to get the system not to see the printer as a scanner only and refuse to see it as a printer?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
