    <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon ImageCLASS MF644Cdw - waiting to print&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The printer is hooked up to the laptop via USB;&amp;nbsp; it was working in the past but now will not spool multiple print jobs and every job has the "waiting to print"&amp;nbsp; message; but takes awhile to finally print.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This just recently started to happen.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;First thing I did was purchase a new usb printer cable.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2nd thing I did was uninstall the printer and update the recent software&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;3rd thing I did was shut everything off; then reboot and reinstall the printer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I checked the spooling settings and they are proper.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Edited to ADD&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I unplugged printer from power source for 1 minute&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and restarting the Print Spool Service&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it did not help&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;AGAIN THIS IS WIRED directly to the laptop; not wireless, lan or network.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think I may have resolved this;&amp;nbsp; it appears that the best driver to use is the Canon Generic Plus UFR driver; I believe it is a roll back on a driver after a Windows update.&amp;nbsp; Hope this helps everyone out.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You are probably correct.&amp;nbsp; All business class canon printers use UFRII as there primary machine language.&amp;nbsp; This is preferred to PS, PCL and XPS which is what windows will give you by default. UFRII is proprietary and optimized for Canon printers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
