"use current size" previously posted. Can't get out of that loop, no matter where the doc comes from.

Having issues picking up paper. Sometimes multiple sheets from the cassette with no printing.

New toner

Is it perhaps the pick up rubber wheels that need to be refreshed somehow?

Big Sur OS.

I reset the [printer system and re-installed from the downloads, driver, printer and fax.

Or has it met it's match at 13yo?

Hello,

It does look like there is a problem with the paper feed if it is pulling in multiple sheets. You can try removing the loaded paper an then wiping the rubber paper feed rollers with a damp cloth. If you continue to have the paper feed issues, it would mean the printer needs service. You can use the link HERE to access your Canon account and check what options are available.
