imageCLASS MF640 Series only printing outlines of black

I replaced the color cartigres and all of sudden it only print the outside lines in black. It doesn't print letter nor in other colors. Anyone know how to fix it?

My printer is a Canon MF642C/643C/644C

The issue sounds like a toner problem. In this situation, you can try reloading the toner cartridges to make sure they are seated properly and you can check to make sure all packing material has been removed.
