Hi jameswerner,

I'm sorry to hear about the paper jam error. Please check for any paper that may have started to feed up into your laser machine following the jam that was removed. Check all paper feed areas such as, the Cassette Tray, Multi-purpose Tray, Rear Panel, and the inside of your machine under the toner cartridge. You will also want to ensure that the toner cartridge is fully seated.

Follow by resetting your machine:

1. Perform a normal shut-down on your computer (if connected).

2. Unplug the USB and power cords on your laser device for ten minutes.

3. Plug in the power cord only and determine if the error remains.

4. If cleared, attempt a test copy.

5. If successful, reconnect the USB cable and power up your computer to follow with a test print.

If the error remains, please use the Contact Us link for additional assistance from our support staff who can provide service options for you.
