Multipurpose Tray

Hello,

I am trying to print envelopes from the multipurpose tray in my Canon 8580CDW laser printer. Every time I do, the printer tells me that there isn't any paper loaded even though I have a stack of envelopes in the tray and have set the paper type to envelope (#10).

After I get the error, if I go to the printer and reset the paper source, it will print 1 envelope and then give me the same error the next time I try and print. If I try and print multiple copies of the same envelope, I get the error the first time, then I reset it the paper source, it prints, and then I get the out of paper error for the second copy, and so on.

Is there something I'm missing here?
