Secure print password not working on IR2520

Hello,

I'm trying to use secure printing on IR2520. I click print button from MS Word, and give the password.

On the printer, I select my document from secure print menu and enter the password I previously gave. But the copior shows this message "No task to authentify".

In the Canon IR2520 documentation, this mean that the password is wrong!

The only password accepted by the copior is "0" or "00" or "000" ...etc.

Can some one help please.
