My MF269dw printer will not collate either 1 sided or 2 sided print jobs.

HI - My MF269dw printer simply will not collate either 1 sided or 2 sided print jobs. I don't understand why. Could I have some embedded setting incorrect?

Any help is enormously appreciated.

HI Hector - I know this is a long time between your post and my response. I hope you are still there.

What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer? Windows 11
What program are you printing from? Word 365
Do you not have the option to collate when you are printing or what specific collate issues do you run into when you try to print? I do have the option to collate or not to collate. For both choices, all 2+ page docs print 1,1,1...2,2,2. If I choose collate I would expect to see 1,2...1,2. Is this the correct expectation?
