topic Canon i-SENSYS MF635Cx not scanning full page in Office Printers

Hi,

Scanning from Platen Glass, Color Scan, A4, DPI 300, results in an image with the top and left of the scan missing ~2mm. If you have a page to scan with details near the edge, that will not be scanned. Is this a design issue and it cannot be fixed or can it be fixed somehow? You can see the issue in the scan below, I run the scan without the lid being closed, there is a white border on the left and top of the image, the white border has 23 pixels or ~2mm. I added the red line to see the issue more clearly.

Thank you.
