    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a paperjam that is at the very end just before it throws the paper out into the tray.&amp;nbsp; Opening the backside of the printer you cannot get to the paper though you can see it through the housing on the backend that is not easily removable.&amp;nbsp; This printer was purchased in December 2020 so how do I get this fixed?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Melriv,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are unable to access the jammed paper, you can try removing all of the toner cartridges using the steps in the link &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-3547-zz-SSM-740-enUS/contents/devu-mainte-rep_tnr.html" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. If you are unable to remove the jam once the toner is out, it would mean the printer needs service. You can check your service options by&amp;nbsp;logging into your My Canon account using the link &lt;A href="https://myprofile.americas.canon.com/us/signin" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;. You can also reach support at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist with the jam issue and provide service options if needed.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
