    <description>&lt;P&gt;Call #1 dropped after over 2hrs on hold&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call #2 dead air after product identification&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call #3 dropped after 35 min on hold&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call #4 on hold for 35ish min so far&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will wait on hold, I get it. I will not tolerate y'all hanging up on me after I have waitied.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Call support the support line he says.......&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Buy an Epson is what it is looking like.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Darius - thank you for the response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My issue is, i get the "system Manage Login" screen and i cannot get past that. I used the default password (7 thru 1) but that doesnt work either.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is there a way to reset the system manager login passeword that lets me get in and thereby allows me to move forward.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;--M&lt;/P&gt;</description>
