    <description>&lt;DIV class="lia-message-heading lia-component-message-header"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-quilt-row lia-quilt-row-standard"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-quilt-column lia-quilt-column-20 lia-quilt-column-left"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-quilt-column-alley lia-quilt-column-alley-left"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-subject"&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I'm simply trying to scan a document to my USB drive, but I cannot get this to work for anything.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body"&gt;&lt;DIV class="lia-message-body-content"&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Attempt #1&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried to format the USB drive as NTFS. Plugged it in, got the alert stating "A USB drive is connected.", and the minute I hit the green Start button, it gives me the error "Cannot detect a USB flash drive."&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;Attempt #2&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried formatting as exFAT from within Windows. Got the same exact messages as I did in attempt #1.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;----&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been working fine for me using exFAT on multiple different USB thumb drives for over a year, but today none work.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried different thumb drives, tried switching off a few times, and even pulled the plug out from wall and waited a while before reconnecting.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;HELP!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Model is MB5460.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;(I've got around it by just setting up scan to email and scan to dropbox, but there are times I just want to scan to USB)&lt;/P&gt;</description>
