Cant Add printer "imageCLASS MF743Cdw" to my canon "Service and Support Account"

I am trying to add printer to my cannon account. Every time i try to add i am getting error that Serial Nuumber.

I am using 8 digit code from the label in the back of the computer. (first 3 alpha numeric and last 5 numeric). it is just below the barcode and labled as No. on the sticker.

If your Canon account is not able to add your printer, you can try contacting our sales team at 1-800-385-2155 for help with your Canon account. Depending on the country the printer was made for, you might not be able to register the printer to the Canon USA printer registry.
