I was happy with my printer until a couple of days ago I tried to print a form letter I had written. The printer does not respond at all to my request. I assume the guaranteed cure is to re-install the printer from scratch. To do that I need the disc that came with it, but that has mysteriously disappeared. Can I obtain a replacement disc from you? If not, what should I do ro re-install the printer?
