Hello, i need comunity help every time when i have acces to canon printers i have bad experience with them

now i get order to connect pronter to PCs i do it download printer and scanner driver from canon webiste but printer wont print pages without manual accept page sizes

i open word, excel or any document and in printing options are selected A4 but printer get error and need manual accept about paper size, but WHY? please if someone know how to fix write thanks ❤️
