Came into the office this morning and our Caon MF5700 was not printing from any workstation. I tried to ping the IP address and the device was unreachable. I reset the Network IP settings and I am able to sucessfully ping the new IP for the printer. I can also type the IP into a browser and log into the Admin panel for the MF5700. But Windows still shows the device as offline. I have powered down the printer and restarted all the workstations. Still showing as offline in Windows. I have several different versions of Windows in a peer to peer network. Windows 7, Windows Vista, and Windows XP. None of the workstations can print a test page or any othe document. Has anyone else run into this issue?
