      <title>PROGRAF 2100 Hardware error message when turning on the printer: error code: EC34-2602</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Every time I turn on my image prograf 2100 printer this error message appears after a few moments: EC34-2602&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I try to resolve the error as directed by turning off the printer, waiting and restarting - but it does not solve the issue.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I also tried unplugging the printer and waiting. I have also determined that no air is the ink tubes going to the printer head.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I did call a canon tecnincal support rep a week ago which resolved the issue for a few days. It worked after our call. I'm not sure how we resolved it together - but we did restart and unplug it. Now it is happening again - before I call a tech rep again, I wanted to see if this has happened to anyone else or if you have any experience with this error.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
