I can't print.

My MF 4770 N won't print since I upgraded my Mac to IOS 11.4

I am connected by USB and the computer does not seem to recognize that it is connected.

The drivers available for the MF4770N claim to support MAC OS > 11.2.3

Any support after than might be considered luck. Since drivers were released in May, its possible more drivers will be forth coming. No one can say if or when that might be. Since you have lost the ability to print, it might not hurt to unnstall the printer and its drivers, then try reinstalling both.

If that doesn't work, your options are to wait for support, or revert MAC OS to a supported version.

Hello drdom,

We have updated versions of our drivers on our site, you can download them from our support site using the link HERE. You can select Mac OS 11 and the drivers will work on 11.4 versions of the Mac OS.
