why the printer prints red lines everytime now?

Hello

I have a MF733 cdw printer, but now every page it prints, it have these red lines. why?

Is that logo something you are intentionally printing?

It looks like a chevron.... which is part of the printers standard maintenance... cleaning the automatic fixing assembly.

Are you using Canon branded toners?

Hi Thank you for the reply.

Yes, I was trying the maintaince yesterday on the printer and one of the maintaince prints this chevron. However even if I print a blank document out from the printer, it will still have the red lines on every page..

Still not clear. are you using Canon branded toner?

If, "Yes, I was trying the maintenance yesterday" means you are, then I suggest you contact Canon.

The printer has a 3 yr warranty.

If you are not using Canon toner, I suggest you replace with OEM branded toner.
