      <title>Maxify MB2720 is printing with lines (no ink) on bottom half of page</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have printed the print review and it showed issues with black ink. I cleaned the printer nozzle three times. I cleaned the roller. I changed all four cartridges just to make sure. I have not seen any improvement in printing quality. I have tried for hours to get through to Canon tech service and never get to talk to a person. Does anyone have any suggestions? Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thank you for the information. I checked the site and followed the steps. I did not observe any grease but did clean the clear strip anyway. There was no change in the printing quality. I have decided to get a new printer.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
