      <title>Issue with Scan to Email (Outlook SMTP) on MF642CDW</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Has anyone successfully set up the "Scan to Email" feature using an outlook SMTP? I'm currently using a MF642CDW Cannon printer with an Outlook Office365 server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I setup Remote UI Access PIN, accessed&amp;nbsp;http://PRINTER-IPaddress/sendsupport_login.html，and entered my outlook email address, username, password.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But "Scan to email" still does not work on the printer device.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have done this successfully, could you please explain how and in detail (screen captures will be great)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You can log in and enter the email server information using the steps provided in the link &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-3547-zz-SSM-740-enUS/contents/devu-setup-scan-mail_ifax-mail_set.html" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;.
