    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello raymanta1921,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the USB memory card is not working anymore&amp;nbsp;but you scan scan to another USB drive, the hardware on the machine should be fine. In this situation I would suggest backing up any data on the flash drive and the&amp;nbsp;reformatting the USB drive. The&amp;nbsp;printer will work with the fat 32 or fat 16 format. If it is still not working, I would suggest contacting our support team at 1-800-652-2666. They would be happy to look further into it to see what issues you might be running into with that USB drive.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Canon MF731C&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have used the same USB drive with this device for a while. Today I started getting a "USB Unsupported" error each time I insert.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I then tried connecting an external hard drive and this had no issue and let me scan to it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Firmware is up to date on printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Drivers are up to date&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Tried reset and restart of printer&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-USB drive works fine on 3 computers computers we have&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;-Format is FAT32&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
