Hi everbody I hope all of you are doing well

I have a problem with the Canon ImageRunner C3025i bring new code error wich I never ssen before L021-0120.

But I search for Service manual for this printer I did not find, so please any of you can helpme with solve the error or Cervice manual I will thanks a lot.
