    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Marix,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are getting that error, it will usually mean that something blocked the scanner driver install or it did not install properly. This is not a US model so I do not have access to all of the information. In this situation, I&amp;nbsp;would Suggest downloading the 4th driver file on that page that includes the Scangear scanner driver. That will be the driver that the MFtoolbox should need. Once it has downloaded, I would suggest turning off any security software on the computer and then installing the drivers again. Once that is done, you can try scanning again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are still unable to scan, I would suggest trying to contact Canon CZ support using the link provided &lt;A href="https://www.canon.cz/support/consumer_products/contact_support/" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>MF Scan Utility not working on Canon MF643cdw</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a Canon MF643cdw and I installed the drivers for it without problems. But when I tried to install MF Scan Utility and open it, it said "A scanner driver that supports this software is not installed. Please install it and try again." And it gives the error code "9,230,0".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;UL&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I have my printer connected via Wi-Fi&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Both my PC and the Printer are connecting to the same Wi-Fi router&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I'm on Windows 10 Home (Version 20H2)&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;Printing works just fine&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;LI&gt;I installed the drivers and MF Scan Utility from this website:&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://www.canon.cz/support/consumer_products/products/fax__multifunctionals/laser/laserbase_mf_series/i-sensys-mf643cdw.html?type=drivers&amp;amp;language=&amp;amp;os=windows%2010%20(64-bit)" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://www.canon.cz/support/consumer_products/products/fax__multifunctionals/laser/laserbase_mf_series/i-sensys-mf643cdw.html?type=drivers&amp;amp;language=&amp;amp;os=windows%2010%20(64-bit)&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/LI&gt;&lt;/UL&gt;&lt;P&gt;What do I do to fix this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
