Unable to download scan utility because it is not in driver files listed for the product. new user, frustrated and waiting on hold forever. You need more customer service hours for technical help. Don't refer to a utility in your instruction manual and not have it available on your website to download.

The MF Scan Utility is software for conveniently scanning photographs, documents, etc.

Thanks, finally found it on their site after calling support and waiting on forever hold. It was not under Drivers. It is listed under another tab that I was not aware was active, Software. Not sure why these are separated. Appreciate your reply.
