topic LBP622Cdw not printing from MPT? in Office Printers

LBP622Cdw not drawing paper from the "Multi-Purpose Tray" (MPT). Printer appears to fully pull in the paper as described in manual but printing always occurs from main paper drawer.

Also MPT does NOT appear as option within the "Print Preferences -> Paper Source" dialog - Only choices are "Auto" and "Drawer 1". However, "Multi-Purpose Tray" DOES appear within the "Remote UI Portal" and "Paper Level" status will change from "Free" to "OK" when paper is in place.

Otherwise printer performs as expected. AFAIK, all related drivers and software are current. Windows 10 Home v20H2, OS Build 19042.804.

Any thoughts?

Thanks,

Bo3b

No one else experiencing this MPT failure issue?

How about this - What should the "Print Preferences -> Paper Source" dialog show?

Should there be a selection for MPT beyond the "Auto" and "Drawer 1"?

Could issue be caused by a printer firmware problem?

> Main Controller v6.03, Boot ROM v2.01, DCON v2.01, Language v1.20
