Set up printer on mac mini but the scanner cannot be seen by the computer.

Hi Mikewfarkas,

What model Canon printer (or scanner) do you own?

What version of OSX is installed on your Mac?

Are you using your Canon product with a USB cable?
or wirelessly?

This is an imageclass MF445DW

Big Sur 11.2.1

I have both

This originall;y worked when I connected it Prints great and did scan However, the scanner would not permit me to lower the resolution of the scanned files resulting in huge files to try to email. So I started over. Then nothing worked. Now I can print but it will not see the scanner.

I have oinctalled the printer drives as well as the MF software
