    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;Top Feeder Not Working on MF8380Cdw&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;It sounds like it wants to but then almost immediately makes a buzzing noise.&amp;nbsp; I get a paper jam error message but there's nothing in there to jam as the paper isn't even going into the feeder.&amp;nbsp; Has been working fine up until a couple of weeks ago. I've inspected it thoroughly and cleaned it too.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;I've tried to follow the steps suggested by Canon but nothing has fixed the problem.&amp;nbsp; Everything else about this unit works just fine as it has for the past 7.5 yrs.&amp;nbsp; Would hate to have to spend money on a newer one just because the top feeder doesn't work, but that function is fairly important when scanning or copying multiple pages at a time.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="3"&gt;When I called into to Canon, they tell me that all support for this unit is online, but since that support doesn't fix the problem, I'm turning to the Canon Community Forum in hopes of a solution.&lt;/FONT&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
