    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi hdg514,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please try reinstalling the scanner driver:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Click once on your desktop so "Finder" appears in the upper left corner.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; A few to the right of Finder is Go.&amp;nbsp; Please click on Go and then click on "Go to folder"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; In that box, please type:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;/Library/Image Capture/Devices&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and then click Go&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Please remove all Canon folders from this folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once removed, close that window and we will reinstall the driver:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;1.&amp;nbsp; Please use the following link:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/small-office-home-office-printers/mb2320/maxify-mb2320?tab=drivers_downloads" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.usa.canon.com/internet/portal/us/home/support/details/printers/small-office-home-office-printers/mb2320/maxify-mb2320?tab=drivers_downloads&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;2.&amp;nbsp; Click the Select button next to "ICA Driver Ver. 4.1.3a (Mac)".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;3.&amp;nbsp; Click the Download button.&amp;nbsp; The drivers will download.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;4.&amp;nbsp; Once the download is complete, open your downloads folder.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;5.&amp;nbsp; Double click "misd-mac-ijscanner14f-4_1_3-ea21_3.dmg".&amp;nbsp; A disk image will be created on your desktop.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;6.&amp;nbsp; Open that disk image and hte setup file inside, then follow the on screen prompts to reinstall.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the installation has completed, please attempt to scan using the IJ Scan Utility.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>MB 2320 Scanner utility not working?</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a MB 2320 printer I have just installed the software for the Scanner Utility and I am getting this when I try and open it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My printing is working fine and I have it all connected properly to the Wireless Lan, I am also sitting right next to the modem which is right next to the print. Please help I really will need my scanner.
