Issue with printing via phone/tablet in ImageClass MF264dw

Hi,

My printer model number is: ImageClass MF264dw.

I have issue while printing via phone/tablet. it shows "No Airprint printer found" while i try to print via iphone. and via android it does not detect any printer via wifi direct. Based on suggestion from customer support i do not turn off printer now. i leave it on all the time. Power saving setting is off. And with the help of customer support, i have set static IP in my printer.

so once i turn on printer, My phone/tablet detect printer for half a day or so and then it start shows " No Airprint printer found". And if i turn off and turn on printer then it start detecting right away.

So customer care representative told me that it might be issue with my router so i contacted my router and they send me new router but same issue with new router.

Does anybody have same issue?
