MF632Cdw will not print Word documents unless in PDF format

Recently, documents or spreadsheets in Word/Excel plus documents off the web print only random lines. If I save the doc in PDF format (and indicate print image in printer settings), the doc will print. Running OS 11.2 - anyone else experiencing this problem.

Are you sure about the model number? Canon does not appear to make a "MR632C"

They do make a MF632Cdw.

Have you upgraded your OS recently?

If your printer worked previously under a earlier version of MAC OS and you upgraded to BugSur 11.2, you may need updated drivers for the printer to work correctly. This might require that you remove the printer, uninstall the old drivers and re-install the device using newer drivers.

Perfect - just found out that Canon has issued new drivers to support Big Sur - thanks very much!
