mf733cdw Spots along the left side of my prints

Hello all,

I have spots going down the left side of my prints. It seems to vary in opacity and sometimes shape. I suspect it's a roller issue, but I'd like to get your thoughts. Thank you!

Hello Maelstrom,

It looks like the transfer belt on the printer or the fixing assembly needs to be cleaned. You can perform the cleanings using the operation panel. You can use the link HERE to get the steps for cleaning the transfer belt and the link HERE to clean the fixing assembly.

If the print still has the same issue and it does not look like the cleanings are improving the print quality, it looks like the printer would need service.
