Canon mf743 display Load Paper LTR/Plain 1 anytime I print

Can not set my Canon mf743 to print automatically LTR/Plain 3 or any other settings. I have to touch the screen, select the LTR/Plain 3 to start printing.

That message will usually come up when the paper settings on the computer do not match the paper settings on the printer or if your computer is not using the correct driver for the printer. i have this same problem on my brand new machine, cannot figure it out
