    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 3 image runners.&amp;nbsp; They are older, but have been updated to the latest FW available for each.&amp;nbsp; I am using gmail for outbound SMTP.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Gmail Acct:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Ensure you have "Allow Less Secure Apps" On in Account Security.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You cannot use Gmail for outbound SMTP if you have 2 step auth enabled on the account.&amp;nbsp; It can only be used if your FW supports it.&amp;nbsp; Mine are older and do not support this.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note: As Danny mentioned, you can contact your dealer for additionl support.&amp;nbsp; Mine are always helpful.&amp;nbsp; &amp;lt;&amp;lt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, dear colleagues!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;As mentioned in the Subject i have an issue with formentioned printer while trying to send scanned documents by using gmail free smtp server.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To begin with:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Using last available firmware&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/27173i24F2E61C22D7AC94/image-size/original?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="Screenshot 2021-01-27 at 15.18.15.png" title="Screenshot 2021-01-27 at 15.18.15.png" /&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Network settings are correct (i'm able to add it as a printer and print to it, in addition i did downloaded firmware via web-interface)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Third-apps are allowed to access gmail account from which i&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Gmail account password is correct&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- SMTP server connection establishes via all three ports: 25,465,587 (checked all of them and received from web-interface and each time it showed me this image)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG src="https://community.usa.canon.com/t5/image/serverpage/image-id/27172i36B21122234CCABE/image-size/original?v=1.0&amp;amp;px=-1" border="0" alt="Screenshot 2021-01-27 at 15.16.49.png" title="Screenshot 2021-01-27 at 15.16.49.png" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;U&gt;Printer restarted.
