      <description>&lt;P&gt;an update:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;we have tried to access directly from the printer with the default credentials (system manager D and PIN) &lt;STRONG&gt;and it works!&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;then the &lt;STRONG&gt;credentials&lt;/STRONG&gt; are still the same and &lt;STRONG&gt;they are ok&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My probllem is that &lt;STRONG&gt;I can't reach the printer via browser&lt;/STRONG&gt;: giving the same credentials in input I get the error "bad credentials"&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;how is it possible?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;is there a way to solve it?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks to all&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;mf&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
