    <description>&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I use Outlook on Microsoft office 365&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My D1620 printer settings:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;smtp server: smtp.office365.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;port: 587&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;encryption: TLS&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;my address: xxxx@outlook.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;destination address: xxxx@hotmail.com&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I get a TX Result Report that indicates an error occured during the scan transmission.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm able to scan &amp;amp; send to email from my laptop, but I cannot perform the same function if I try the same procedure at the scanner.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
