I don't see any FW available for download:

If your device is connected to a network with internet access and it was offered, it must have come directly from Canon.

Questions...

Canon indicates that currently (as of 4-Jan-21) no firmware update isavailable for LBP622Cdw printer and that "they" (Canon official tech support person on phone) had no way of determing last firmware release version.

BUT newly in service printer completed a firmware update "via Internet" request from LCD Console screen. So, wondering IF I now have general production firmware version OR something new, and possible incorrect, for the machine...

Hoping that a little data from the installed User base might help determine answer.
