      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have an ImageCLASS MF743CDW that recently tells me I have a paper jam.&amp;nbsp; I've gone through all the steps and check it multiple times and I still get the error message.&amp;nbsp; I bought the printer in 2019 so it's not that old.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be appreciated.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Greetings,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Paper jams can sometimes be elusive.&amp;nbsp; You think the feeding and paper paths are clear, but something is stuck somwhere.&amp;nbsp; Sensors can also malfunction causing these types or errors.&amp;nbsp; If you've followed the recommend solutions and still can't figure it out, I'd contact Canon.&amp;nbsp; I've used the chat feature which works well.&amp;nbsp; &lt;STRONG&gt;The printer has a 3 yr warranty&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
