      <title>Printer in Error State</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, we have an imageCLASS MF229DW connected over WiFi and we're trying to print from Windows 10.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have the default driver installed and it prints fine. However, we have a need to use the UFR driver for a specialist product. We have installed the driver from the&amp;nbsp;UFRII_V4_PrinterDriver_V70_05 software download but the printer reports that it's in an error state and we can't even print a test page.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried a couple of things that I've read about on these forums such as:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. Restart Internet router&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. Turn off all anti-virus and firewall software&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but I can't resolve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does anyone have any suggestions? Thanks in advance.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Have you downloaded and installed this utility?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I look forward to your reply.
