    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello Takk81,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It looks like there is a problem with the toner cartridge or the printer needs service. The maintenance I would have&amp;nbsp;suggested in this situation would be to clean the ITB and the Fixing assembly. If those do not work, you can also try Control&amp;nbsp;condensation to make sure that is not a problem as well. You can find the steps for those&amp;nbsp;maintenance option in the link provided &lt;A href="https://oip.manual.canon/USRMA-3547-zz-SSM-740-enUS/contents/devu-set_menu_list_1-mainte-mainte.html#0912_h2_02" target="_self"&gt;HERE&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have already tried those, it looks like the cartridge is malfunctioning or the printer needs service.       <title>MF 731 - No words, strange lines, faded image - plenty of toner!  Help pls!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Toner levels are good, but print outs are:&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;1. faded&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;2. non-existant (i'm getting one vertical line on the left and one horizontal line in the middle??)&lt;BR /&gt;3.&amp;nbsp; I've ran all the maintinence on the machine&lt;BR /&gt;4.
